Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Where do you make your jewelry?

To ensure that our customers receive the best quality and prices for our jewelry, we go to great lengths to source components from all corners of the world. One such example is our jade beads, which originate from Myanmar (Burma). This specific location was chosen because it is renowned for producing the highest quality jadeite.

With the use of various components, the owner of the jewelry brand personally designs and meticulously handcrafts each piece, ensuring that every item is unique and distinct. This attention to detail and craftsmanship often leads to the creation of one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. By employing creative vision and expertise, the owner is able to imbue each piece with a sense of individuality and character. From the selection of high-quality materials to the delicate process of assembling and finishing, every step is carefully executed to bring forth a beautiful and exclusive piece of jewelry. The result is a collection of stunning accessories that showcase the owner's passion for creating exceptional jewelry that stands out from the rest.

Is your jewelry nickel free?

Many of our jewelry pieces are made from various materials such as alloy, sterling silver (S925), fine silver (which contains 99.9% silver), or 316L Surgical grade stainless steel. With a focus on quality and affordability, we strive to use materials that are hypoallergenic and free from harmful substances such as nickel, lead, and cadmium.Although a small amount of nickel can be found in most metals, including fine gold and high-quality steel products, we have meticulously designed and produced all our jewelry with the utmost concern for the health and safety of our customers. Unless you belong to a small group of individuals with a severe nickel allergy, our jewelry is completely safe and ideal for everyday wear.

If you have any specific inquiries regarding our pieces, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Do your jewelry tarnish? How do you clean the jewelry?

Sterling silver is a popular choice for jewelry because it is affordable and easy to shape. It is an alloy made up of 92.5% pure silver (hence the S925 label) and other metals, but it tends to tarnish quickly due to its composition. 316L is used in surgical tools and is considered safe for most skin types and won't turn your skin green. Because stainless steel has chromium added, it won't oxidize and tarnish like other metals. While everyone's skin is different, brass, copper, and nickel are the most common metals that cause skin reactions and discolorations.

To prevent tarnish, it is strongly recommended to store your sterling silver jewelry in a cool, dry place like a container, jewelry box, or airtight bag. Using anti-tarnish bags and polishing cloths can also help minimize tarnish. If your jewelry does become tarnished, don't worry! Tarnish is not permanent, and you can easily restore the shine by using the appropriate cleaning methods.

We recommend using polishing cloths to restore the shine to your jewelry whenever possible. You can find these cloths at your local Walmart, Walgreen, or Target stores.
