Free Shipping
For all domestic shipments, free shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Ground will be given to orders over $75.00 USD. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any and all shipping promotions at any time, without prior notice.
Shipping and Transit Time
How long will shipping take?
That depends on where you're located and which shipping option you choose. Most orders arrive within a week if you're located in the United States, barring severe weather or other conditions which may slow down shipment speed. If you'd like an estimate, please contact us at info@chermayboutique.com and we'd be happy to provide you one.
Customers that require a faster shipping method can choose from one of the following Express Options: USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day Air. Orders with priority shipping are guaranteed to ship the same day it is processed, as long as the order is received before our daily cutoff time of 3 PM Central Standard Time. If your shipment was delayed in any way due to the reasons stated above, Chermay Boutique and UPS are not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.
Wrong Address Corrections
We will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen if there is any error in your shipping address (such as street number, name, suite number, etc.) Please carefully check both your billing and shipping address before finalizing any order.
